- Tasting notes: Pale yellow with white gold reflects. Fine and continuous bubbles. Discreet first nose mixing fruity notes (citrus fruits), then open florals and vegetable notes. Balance palate, combining liveliness and thickness with stone fruit flavours (plum, quince). Finish with aromatic and beautiful length
