SLOW ROASTING
Roasting coffee with care.
• Applies a slow roasting process;
• Roasts coffee batches of a maximum of a 100 kg; and
• Gives every batch a minimum of twenty minutes of roasting time.
THE BLENDS NEED TO REST
After roasting, comes the maturing process.
• Packs the coffee only “five” days after roasting;
• Leaves the blends to rest & “de-gas” and fully develops their fragrances and aromas in a free and natural way, allows them to amalgamate and evolve into a balanced ensemble.
