Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to your browsing and use of this website and to any purchase of goods or services from Everway Industrial Limited (the “Company”) through this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

General terms

The Company reserves the right to change the prices of goods without notice. All orders are accepted at the Company’s sole discretion and subject to stock availability.
All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the goods concerned. If a product or service ordered on this website is out of stock, the Company has the right to refuse the order.
Product prices are based on the price on the day the order is placed.
All product photos and images shown on this website are for identification purposes only and may differ from the actual size, dimensions and colour of the product.
The Company and you agree that these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). This website reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

Membership registration

Before placing an order through this website, you must be a registered member. When registering:

you must provide the Company with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information;
you are responsible for keeping the username and password you use to access the services secure, and for any activity or conduct carried out using your password. This website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user’s failure to comply with these requirements;
if any of the personal information you have provided changes, please update it yourself at www.partydroid.com so that the Company can communicate with you effectively;
you are responsible for every order placed after logging in, and you agree to indemnify the Company against all claims and damages brought as a result of any person using your login details to place an order through this website;
if you discover any unauthorised use of your login details, you must notify the Company immediately.

Payment

The Company accepts credit card and FPS (Faster Payment System) payments. Credit card payments are processed through the Stripe payment system, and this website does not store your credit card details. Any payment made with a credit card or bank account that is not in the registered member’s name will be treated by the Company as your payment, and the Company accepts no liability for its misuse.
All product prices on this website are in Hong Kong dollars.
You must pay the full amount of the order when you submit it. If you are unable to pay, the Company will not accept the order.
The Company has the right to change the payment terms of any order without prior notice.
The Company has the right to change the payment methods for online products at any time by announcing the change on the website, by email or through any other public means of communication.
If payment has been made for an order that the Company does not accept, you will be refunded via the same payment method. The Company is not liable to you or any person for any loss, cost or expense arising from any delay in processing such a refund.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered by courier to your designated address within two working days (except overseas orders).
Delivery times may be affected by holidays (for example Christmas, Lunar New Year and Easter) and by major sales events. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Deliveries will be delayed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force.
If your delivery address changes, you are responsible for notifying the Company immediately. If the address is changed after the order has been dispatched, the Company has the right to charge you an additional fee.

Cancellation

The Company has the right to cancel an order if the product cannot be supplied, or if the order cannot be delivered for any other reason. The Company will notify you if this happens.
All cancelled orders will be refunded in full, for the value of the order, via the same payment method you used.
Once you have submitted and confirmed your order, you cannot cancel it.

Returns and refunds

The Company offers a “seven-day product quality guarantee”. If you find that any part of the product is missing, please contact the Company by email at hello@PartyDroid.com.
Once this has been verified and confirmed, the Company will arrange for a courier to deliver a replacement product to you free of charge.
Once a refund has been verified and confirmed, the Company will refund you via the same payment method you used.
If the product you ordered is sold out, the Company will refund you.

Returns and refunds not accepted

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

There is no proof that the product was purchased on this website.
The product was purchased more than seven days ago.
The product is rejected because of personal preference.
In the event of any dispute, the Company has the final decision.

Data protection

To protect the privacy of individuals in relation to personal data, the Company ensures that its policies and practices on the collection, use, retention and transfer of, and access to, personal data comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Types of personally identifiable information collected

The Company will only ask you to provide the information required for member registration and your delivery address, which can identify you (“Personal Data”). For the specific purposes for which your Personal Data is used, please see the Company’s Privacy Policy (including the Personal Information Collection Statement in paragraph 7, which covers the use of Personal Data for the Company’s direct marketing).

Force majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of performance caused by or arising from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labour dispute, equipment failure or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.
