Delivery Information

We ship within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we can’t take responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect details. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change or redirect it — but you can still cancel it under “Cancelling your order” below. If you need your order sooner, please choose Express Delivery at checkout.

UK Delivery

Free delivery: On orders over £30
Standard delivery: £5.50 (2-5 working days)
Express delivery: £7.00 (1-2 working days)

If your order already qualifies for free standard delivery (orders over £30), Express Delivery costs only £1.50 — you just pay the difference.

Standard deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48 Service. Express deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24 (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Express Delivery isn’t available for certain UK locations, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Wight.

Taxes and Duties

All UK orders are inclusive of UK VAT.

Pricing and Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund. We reserve the right to change product prices and information without notice.

Cancelling your order (change of mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order without giving a reason.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
To cancel, email admin@partydroid.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. This is separate from the delivery charge on your original order.
You are welcome to examine the goods as you would in a shop. If they are handled more than is necessary and their value is reduced as a result, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of the day you provide proof that you have sent them back — whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose Express Delivery, we refund the standard delivery amount and not the additional cost of the faster service.

If something is wrong with your order

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to the cancellation right above.

Within 30 days of receiving the goods you may reject them and receive a full refund.
After 30 days we will repair or replace the item; if that is not possible you are entitled to a refund.
We pay the return postage for items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Please email admin@partydroid.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem, and we will arrange the return.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items where stock allows — please email us with your order number. For a change of mind, return postage is paid by you; where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we pay it.

How to return an item

Please email admin@partydroid.com with your order number before sending anything back. Use a secure delivery method, keep your proof of postage, and include your order number inside the package.

We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website. If you purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly.
